Verification Process
Each page includes a "Last Verified" date showing when the information was last confirmed against the official source. We link directly to the source document so readers can verify data themselves.
Confidence Levels
Where official fee schedules are ambiguous (e.g., "fees vary by project"), we note the range and calculation method and link to the source for self-calculation. We clearly distinguish between confirmed flat fees and estimated ranges.
Update Schedule
High-traffic city pages are reviewed every 6 months. Secondary pages are reviewed annually. If permit fees change between reviews, we note the discrepancy and flag for manual update.
Limitations
