Question: Does my building permit mean that I have all of my trade permits also and that inspections will take place under the building permit?
Answer: No. Aside from your building permit, you still must obtain all trade permits that are needed separately and schedule inspections as required for each permit type.
Question: When can I schedule an inspection?
Answer: You may schedule your inspection the same day as permitting is obtained. You can schedule it online or through the IVR system with a phone call.

- Inspections received before 6:30 a.m. each day will be scheduled for inspection on that day.
- Requests received at or after 6:30 a.m. will be scheduled for the next business day.
Question: Can I schedule inspections with an expired registration?
Answer: Yes, but only if the permit is active. The permit must be in issued status or you will not be able to schedule inspections.
